To make things easy and fun, we’ll have shuttle buses running on the day to help guests get to and from the venue.

If you're staying in an Airbnb or nearby town within 10km of Kyneton, the shuttle can collect you directly from your accommodation. There will also be a central pick-up point in Kyneton for those staying in town.

The ceremony begins at 3pm, so shuttles will start picking up guests from around 1:30pm, depending on your location. A detailed pick-up schedule will be confirmed closer to the date to ensure everyone arrives with time to settle in before the celebration begins.

After the festivities, shuttle buses will run from 10:30pm to 2:30am, so you can head home whenever you're ready — whether you’re an early leaver or the last one on the dance floor.

If you’d like to use the shuttle, please let us know in the comments section of your RSVP. If you haven’t booked your accommodation yet, just mention that you’ll be using the shuttle and send us your address once it’s confirmed.

Please note: We kindly ask guests to stay in Kyneton or nearby towns within 10km of the venue, like Malmsbury or Carlsruhe, as this keeps the shuttle loop smooth and simple.
